Our client is a leader in their field of merchant terminals & payment gateways. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer focused individual with technical aptitude to join their team.
Your key responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service to customers around Australia who are experiencing both hardware and software based issues with their Merchant payment terminations. 

You will take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience
This role is more than just standard help desk role in which you require a level of lateral thinking and proactive behaviour.  

You will possess:
  • At minimum 6 months in a technical help desk environment
  • Strong understanding of PC / Servers / Networking
  • Experience in remote dial in 
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent Problem Solving abilities
  • A positive and resilient outlook
  • The ability to think quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work a rotating roster from 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday & weekends between 8am to 5pm
