Our Client is seeking experienced Tech Support agents to join their team based in the CBD.

You will be working beautiful offices with water views AND a fantastic team environment answering both inbound calls and web chat enquiries. 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Understanding of Android & Windows based hardware & software
  • Strong understanding of HTTP. TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP is required
  • Previous chat & phone based customer service experience
  • A bubbly and helpful personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including multi screen navigation
