Our Client is seeking experienced customer service agents to join their team based in East Sydney. 

You will be working in a office based call centre working with existing customers of this luxury brand. This role requires a level of proactive customer engagement, through all communication channels. The purpose of the call is one the customer is expecting, due to a product recall.

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Previous phone based customer service experience
  • A bubbly and helpful personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An interest in the automotive industry
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills including multi screen navigation
