Woolworths Insurance is a well known Australian Iconic Brand and due to expansion have a number of exciting roles within the Inbound Sales team in their Insurance division. 

These roles offer a robust training program coupled with ongoing support to ensure your continued success. 

You will be responsible for answering INBOUND calls, providing support to customer enquiries whilst delivering exceptional customer service and securing the sale over the phone. You will be working across a number of insurance products ranging from car, travel through to pet insurance.
  
To be successful with this Inbound SALES Team, you will possess:
  • Sales experience from either a phone or face to face environment
  • A positive and bubbly personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ideally you will have General Insurance sales experience
You will take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, taking interest in fulfilling the customer experience.
