The Company
Our client is an ASX-listed financial services company offering a range of online investment, portfolio, platform and superannuation services across Australia. Tagged as one of the companies to watch as it surpasses all expectations, it is a fintech company going places!
The Role
The person in this role will work in a call centre environment, maintaining strong relationships with advisers and investors and ensure that agreed SLA's are adhered to, client issues addressed and service levels improved over time.
Active monitoring of assigned client enquiries and concerns that appear in the relevant customer email inboxes, ensuring client response times are met, identify potentially negative issues and escalate as required.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
  • Respond to service requests within agreed SLA arrangements, professionally and with empathy 
  • Responsible for pro-actively referring to advisers any missing requirements 
  • Case management of incoming off market transfer of securities as required 
  • Liaising with multiple internal departments to ensure resolution of queries within the agreed SLAs, escalations where appropriate 
What we're looking for
Apart from the usual well-developed communication skills, attention to detail, ability to build relationships and work as part of a broader team, commitment, resilience and ability to thrive under pressure, you'll also need:
  • 2-5 years' experience in client services within Wrap / Investment Platforms dealing with advisors and investors
  • 1-2 years call centre experience
  • RG146 or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of market participants including Wrap Platforms and Data Providers
