About the Role:
  • Liaise with transport companies to co-ordinate deliveries to meet clients service requirements
  • Check AQIS and customs releases
  • Monitor shipment status and update clients with expected delivery schedules and unexpected delays
  • Confirm completion of deliveries and receiving Proof of Delivery details
  • Calculate and prepare invoices
The Requirements

To be considered for this role you require:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Well developed customer service focus
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Professional communication skills
  • Cargo Wise experience
