The Position
  • Develop relationships with an existing portfolio of clients
  • Liaise with customers and internal team to ensure adherence to SOP's
  • Monitor and update clients with shipment status and exceptions
  • Recognise opportunities to develop further business 
  • Provide quotations and shipment costings
  • Calculate and negotiate rates as required
  • Provide assistance and resolve customer service enquiries
  • Assist managers and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
The Requirements

To be considered for this role you require:
  • Well developed freight forwarding experience
  • Ability to identify and meet customer needs 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial attitude
  • Corporate presentation
  • CargoWise experience
