The Client

The Position
  • Report to the Branch Manager
  • Provide a personalised and customised service solutions to clients
  • Respond to customer service inquiries by phone and email
  • Monitor and report shipment status updates
  • Liaise with operational teams as required
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
The Requirements

To be successful you require:
  • Freight forwarding experience 
  • Well developed customer service skills
  • Proven problem solving ability
  • Desire to work in an autonomous environment
  • Cargowise experience
