Our client is currently seeking a dynamic & professional Program Coordinator to provide effective coordination and support to the Program Director and projects team on a high profile project based in the CBD. 

The successful individual will have a strong track record as a Program Coordinator in large organisations and will be prepared to role up their sleeves in a fast paced environment. 

Skills and experience:
  • Project Management reporting & excellent process skills 
  • Managing issues and risk 
  • Excellent understanding of project delivery - methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent skills with MS Project, Word and Excel
  • Agile experience would be an asset 
  • Financial reporting 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
