Unique opportunity for an experienced Agency Recruiter to join our Project Solutions team. Work in a motivated team alongside a tenured biller.

To be successful in this role you will be responsible for:
  • Building strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their specific requirements for each position and deliver quality to candidates to fulfill their requirements.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle across various clients, and geographical locations, including onboarding and candidate care.
  • Increasing our company profile and staying active across social networks, job boards, and industry networking forums
  • Embedding our Client and Customer care programs, and identifying continuous improvement initiatives across the operations team.
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
  • A minimum of 3 years of agency recruitment experience preferably in the technology services or Project Solutions sector
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be reliable and hardworking
  • Be committed to the organisation and work as a part of the team to deliver superior service
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer Service focus
  • Strong attention to detail
