The Role
As part of a cohesive and high performing team you will assist with:
  • Providing project feasibility analysis and early stage advice on project constraints and opportunities for a wide range of projects types e.g. Land Developments, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy etc
  • Preparation and provision of pragmatic Town Planning advice and approvals documents
  • Client relationship management and involvement with identifying and winning projects
  • Ensuring effective communication with clients, councils / government departments and other internal teams

What you need to have to apply
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning / Town Planning etc
  • Experience with the authoring of Town Planning advice and approvals documents gained under the NSW planning framework
  • Consulting sector experience will be highly valued, a commercial focus and approach is essential
  • Interested and capable of developing client relationships and winning projects
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal)
