  • Permanent Full Time - 38 hrs pwe week (plus 3 hrs overtime on some Saturdays)
  • $50,000 - $60,000 per annum dep on experience.
  • Full training is provided with ongoing personal development

About the role
As a member of our Internal Sales team you will need to be flexible, attentive, able to manage multiple demands and respond quickly with solutions to meet customer's needs. This position is a Permanent Full-Time role requiring 38 hours per week, with an additional 3 hours overtime required some Saturdays.

Role Responsibilities:
• Communicate professionally to customers about our products in person in our award-winning showroom, via e-mails and phone calls.
• Work through building plans and prepare quotes using Pronto software.
• Take window and door orders over the phone and via email from customers.
• Liaise with internal customers and other departments to manage the scheduling, manufacturing, delivery and servicing of your jobs through internal and external communications.
• Contribute to both individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills and Abilities:
• High level of customer service
• Previous Sales and/or Account Management experience
• Effective task management and administrative skills
• MS Office suite exposure
• High standard of personal presentation
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated, driven and hungry for sales
• Team player capable of working towards the ‘Bigger Picture’
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet to develop alternative solutions to meet the changing needs of customers

Desirables:
• Exposure to the window/building industry is highly regarded
• Pronto (PC software) usage
• Relevant qualification/s
• C-class manual driver’s license
