Position Background
We currently have an opportunity for a Scheduling Assistant to join the Scheduling team for an 8-9 month Maternity Leave contract. Based in Welshpool, this position is responsible for coordinating our site measure and fit frame installations and despatch schedules, and reports directly the Service and Scheduling Manager. Full on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate.
  
Duties will include:
  • Schedule the manufacture & installation of frames in accordance with set capacities
  • Liaise with builders in regards to installations and deliveries
  • Allocate frame installations to contractors
  • Maintain schedules, and provide updated manufacturing schedules to our factory
  • Place orders through our Supply department
  • Create and approve contractor interims for payment
  • Provide completed paperwork to the accounts department for invoicing
  
Required Experience and Aptitude  
  • Experience in customer service
  • Self-motivated, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Perth suburbs and locations
  • All-round computer skills, in particular Outlook, Excel and databases (PRONTO experience will be highly regarded, however is not essential)
  • Building industry experience/knowledge desirable
