The Firm

The Role

To provide legal secretarial support to a team of friendly and down to earth Partners. Work in areas of law which include business, property, estate planning, employment, family and disputes. 

Duties 
  • Managing diaries
  • File management (both electronic and hard copy filing)
  • Preparation of documents 
  • Client engagement
  • Billing
Skills & Experience 
  • Experience as a commercial or litigation legal secretary
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative
  • Superior organisational and prioritisation abilities
