This reputable specialist insurance law firm seeks a dynamic and energetic legal secretary who is looking to put their strong skills to good use in a role where a "hands on approach" is actively encouraged!
  
Working in collaborative team with another legal secretary (who has been described as funny and outgoing), you will provide a high level of support to three fee earners across a mix of workcover, medical negligence and serious injury claims. 

Your duties will include:
  • Diary management
  • Drafting correspondence and court documents 
  • Preparing and collating briefs 
  • Arranging conferences and medical appointments
  • Client liaison
  • Database management
  • Billing 
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 2 years experience as a legal secretary.  Previous litigation experience with a exposure to a mix of personal injury matters will be highly regarded. 

You will have solid technical skills including a fast and accurate typing speed together with strong organisational skills and an outgoing and personable attitude.
