The Firm

This highly regarded global law firm seeks an energetic, high level Legal Secretary to join their established and highly successful Mergers & Acquisitions department.
 
The Role

Working with a highly respected Partner, who has been described as "extraordinary and absolutely lovely", you will have the opportunity to work on interesting and complex Corporate and Commercial transactions for clients in the energy & resources, financial services and manufacturing sectors. 

This is a high performing team and our client would like to source an upbeat, dynamic and proactive legal secretary which would perfectly suit the Partner and his practice group.
  
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Min 2 years experience as a legal secretary in another Commercial team. 
  • Experience working at Partner level in another National or Global law firm (desirable)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Strong technical skills
  • Be proactive in your work ethic
