Our client is a household name brand with a large and diverse workforce and first rate HR practices and systems. It seeks an experienced employment lawyer with between 2-6 years PAE gained at a reputable law firm in a strong employment law practice. 

The role will see you responsible for providing advice on a broad range of employment law issues. You will provide general HR legal advice, strategy and deal with negotiations and disputes. 

To be successful in this role, you will be commercially minded with strong technical skills, however, it will be your honed interpersonal skills and pragmatic approach that will ensure your success.
