Skills & experience

You will be a Corporate/M&A Lawyer at the 2-5 year level.  You may even be at the 1 year level, with an excellent academic record.  Previous public company experience is valuable but not essential.

Your role

Will see you work directly with a partner who established and leads this firm's cyber and data security practice.    It requires expertise in advising clients with strategic corporate advice in relation to mergers and acquisition transactions, capital raisings, corporate restructures and making investments in Australia. 

Your responsibilities

Drafting and negotiating transaction and commercial documents; advising on key matters relating to corporate M&A, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules matters; preparing and reviewing general commercial documents including licensing agreements.
