This recognised and respected organisation has approximately 2,500 employees nationally and provides an essential service across NSW. At this time, the organisation is going through an exciting period of modernisation and change surrounding culture, systems and structure with the People and Culture team helping drive this transition. 
With the Head Office in Parramatta, the organisation is now embarking on recruiting exceptional talent for the P&C team to drive culture change and grow with the business. 

Reporting directly to the Head of Workforce Planning and working within a team of high performing HR professionals, you will be the SME for all the HR systems. Your main responsibilities will include undertaking configuration and troubleshooting tasks to support operational performance as well as collaborate with key stakeholders to identify improvements and enhancements to the existing HRIS. You will work with the digital business partners to build a roadmap to ensure the systems are constantly evolving in line with the business plan. You will be the main representative between stakeholders and vendors for system design and implementation projects, 

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and hands on implementation systems specialist having experienced an implementation of a new HRIS. You will have excellent interpersonal and technical skills as well as be highly analytical.
