They are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to launch their HR career in their progressive and supportive team in Sydney.

Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing high level administration support to the HR team both locally and nationally.
Some of the day to day responsibilities include conducting pre-employment screening of incoming staff, drafting employment contracts and standard employee documents, managing core HR processes. In addition you will be providing administration support for cyclical HR events such as remuneration reviews.

This role would suit you if you are passionate about developing an HR career, supported by .To be successful in your application you will have a very strong attention to detail, high level problem solving skills and high standards for quality of work. Previous Professional Services experience would be advantageous however if you have some internship experience and possess a high level academic achievement, that is also ideal for this role as well.
