Well known, market leading organisation are seeking a talented recruitment Coordinator to join the business for 3 months.

  • Immediate start paying up to $70k + super
  • 3 months contracting opportunity

THE ROLE
Working in a team and reporting directly to the Head of HR you will be responsible for all facilitation,the full end to end recruitment function, from taking the job brief, advertising, sourcing, building talent pipelines, phone screening, organising and conducting interviews and being involved in the decision making process. You will be responsible for building sustainable relationships with stakeholders, supporting and coaching managers throughout the hiring process.
  
THE CRITERIA
The role would suit someone who has come from a fast paced environment who is high energy, enthusiastic and engaging with strong stakeholder management skills.  You must be flexible with a 'roll up your sleeves' attitude while always trying to improve branding and candidate experience.. You will have a proven track record in recruitment and you must be a self starter who likes to work autonomously but still enjoys being part fo the P&C team!
You must have full working rights in Australia and excellent communications skills.
