Our client is a Fortune 500 company and hold a strong global presence, an innovative culture and they invest heavily in their people. This is a newly created role and you will provide critical support to the business.


You will be responsible for crafting the reward and performance philosophy and will have three direct reports. Initially you will be mapping processes around payroll and making recommendations for a new provider. You will have day to day interactions with key stakeholders and will be responsible for looking at overall benefits across ANZ to ensure they are competitive and compliant. The successful person will also manage compliance for enterprise agreements and will control payroll.


The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of payroll processes and legislative requirements. You will have experience in remuneration philosophy,  implementation and ongoing compliance. You will also be tech savvy and a passionate high achieving leader who is extremely motivated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to build effective relationships are a must.
