L&D Consultant


A well established operator in the financial services sector have an opportunity for an experienced L&D Consultant to join the organisation.

  • Permanent, full time or 4 days per week opportunity
  • Located in Sydney CBD
  • Paying up to $150K package
This well established operator in the financial services industry has a significant focus on ensuring an inclusive and diverse workplace. An opportunity exists for an experienced L&D Consultant to develop and implement key learning initiatives to build individual and organisational capability across the business.

Reporting to the Head of L&D, and working as part of a small L&D team your role will be to work closely with the business to design, develop, implement and evaluate learning solutions aligned with the L&D strategy and people plan.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Capability framework review, development and implementation
  • Partner with the business to prioritise, design and deliver L&D initiatives
  • Provide internal consultancy to the business on best practice L&D solutions
  • Manage outsourced L&D activities  
To be considered for this role you must have relevant tertiary qualifications coupled with extensive L&D experience in a Financial Services environment. Your ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and bring innovative ideas and technology to learning design and delivery will be critical to your success.
