Having recently won a major contract, this organisation is enjoying hyper growth, which in turn comes with a growing list of HR priorities.  If you're a candidate who looks for organisations that truely live and breath their EVP, then this could be the organisation for you.  Despite being in the financial services sector, this business is looking for someone to break the mould and be an ambassador for both 'change' and their EVP centred on 'Care'.  As such, it is felt that suitable candidates may exist outside of financial services, in service industries such as 'Retail, FMCG or Hospitality' (other industries are certainly not excluded)


Reporting to the GM HR, you will lead a team of 4 HR business partners and play a conduit role between the strategy development and operational hands on execution.  A natural orientation to turn strategy into action and 'think ahead' for the business, pre-empting operational risks and being a solution architect will make you a huge success in this role and lead to a fulfilling and rewarding career here. 

The environment is one where innovation is encouraged and quoting the GM HR you must 'dare to think differently'.  Ambiguity is a constant and so candidates who default to structure and process would not suit this role.
