2 month contract reviewing the employment contracts and aligning them to a new employment agreement.
Our client is Fin-tech leader in it's industry, ASX listed and currently in growth phase. They hold an innovative culture and invest heavily in their people. Currently in significant growth phase, there are many projects happening within the HR Operations group.
This 2 month contract will see you working as part of a well respected and talented HR team where your role will be responsible for aligning the employee agreements. Working with the organisation's lawyers your key focus will be to proactively do an audit around their contracts and consolidate them to ensure the business is more in line with their strategy going forward. You will own and develop your key stakeholders relationships.
To be considered for this role you must be an exceptional HR Business Partner with strong background in delivering operational HR capability in particular employment agreements. You must be a collaborative HR professional who is engaging and approachable with strong commercial acumen and driven to a culture of accountability. You will need to be available immediately or have no more than a two week notice period.
