An opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a collaborative & highly regarded organisation part time on a 6 month contract to start immediately.

THE ORGANISATION

A very reputable organisation is in search of an HR Generalist with a strong focus on stakeholder management to join their team and partner with the wider organisation. They are seeking an employee that has passion for helping people and positively impacting employees. This position will suit a someone with a clear Customer Service and client focus while also happy to handle the operational side. The role will be reporting into the Senior HR Lead, who will be a really great mentor and continuously provide growth for you, offering new opportunities and projects to be part of.

THE ROLE

You will be instrumental in driving the HR function forward by truly partnering with all stakeholders. In addition, having strong involvement with all activities across the business. Working collaboratively with the organisation providing excellent people management advice, rem and ben, job designs and managing all Employee relations cases including grievances, performance management & disciplinary issues with an understanding and focus on providing a positive outcome for all.

THE CRITERIA

The ideal candidate must hold tertiary qualifications in Human Resources. You will have at least 2-4 years' experience in an HR Consultant or HR Generalist role and hold talent management experience. You have a strong passion for HR, positive energy and enthusiasm. Holding a track record of dealing with challenging situations and handling performance management. You will have strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence to deal with all levels of stakeholders in the business.
