Due to a new reward function, a 12 month contract is available for a strong Performance & Reward Manager.

  • Sydney or Melbourne based
  • Salary - $160,000 package.
THE ORGANISATION
This client is an Australian financial services organisation, headquartered in Sydney with operations across Australia. THE ROLE
The Reward Manager will report into a Head of Reward.This position will have a full and broad remit including:
Providing interpretation and advise to key stakeholders regarding R&B policies, programs and practices. You will have a focus on the development and implementation of STI and LTI plans, benchmarking and analysing market data. Other responsibilities will include contributing to the design of the reward framework and project manage the cyclical processes. 

THE CRITERIA
For this opportunity, you will be a driven Performance & Reward Manager looking to join an organisation that is going through a huge period of change. You will have experience working within the financial services industry and have excellent written and communication skills.
