A reputable leader in their field that operates in a fast paced and innovative environment. Due to business growth, they are looking for a talented and resilient Return to work Consultant with strong case management & Employee Wellbeing experience to join their dynamic and collaborative HR team. 

Reporting to the Employee Wellbeing Partner you will be responsible for delivering outcomes across a broad range of case management functions, liaising with stakeholders, manage the administration of Worker’s compensation and non work-related injury management cases that may require modification to normal work arrangements, provision of advice to injured workers and their managers, discussion of suitable duties, the development of return to work plans in line with relevant legislative requirements, and co-ordinate services to ensure effective return to work. You will also ensure that the business has met its compliance requirements under all relevant legislation and implemented best practice with regard to WHS, WC and injury management and disability.

To be considered for this role, you must have relevant psychology or HR  qualifications with strong Coordination skills, knowledge of injury & case management, experience handling multiple and complex cases. Law degree qualification is preferable. Your ability to manage competing demands and stakeholders in an ambiguous environment, along with your ability to organise and prioritise. Excellent communication skills will also be critical to your success in this role!
