THE ORGANISATION 
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an HR professional with a strong Change & Project focus to join an innovative team in a growing organisation based in Sydney CBD. Working with a highly respected senior HR leader and a collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to lead on a number of HR programs and initiatives throughout the contract. This role is initially a 6 month contract with potential to extend. 

THE ROLE 
Reporting directly to the GM of HR, this is an exciting project role with an opportunity to develop change management initiatives for the business. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation during an exciting period of change. Responsibilities will include  job design, reviewing PD's, and assisting with team restructures. 

THE CRITERIA 
To be successful in securing this role, you will be a capable HR professional with strong Change and Project experience and you will ideally have experience of working in a large corporate environment. You will bring capability in supporting strategic projects. Ideally you will be immediately available to be considered.
