Remuneration Manager


We are seeking a Remuneration Manager to join this Australian business on a 4 day per week basis.

You will report directly to the Remuneration Director, supporting around 500 employees nationally. You will partner with the rest of the P&C team and the rest of the business to deliver strategic programs and build compensation frameworks. You will support the design and implementation of the compensation systems and processes to deliver the annual remuneration review. Other responsibilities will involve job evaluation and grading, designing sales incentive plans and superannuation plans. 

To be considered for this position you must be an experienced Remuneration Manager who has excellent stakeholder management skills, experience in job evaluation and using grading frameworks. You must be available at short notice to be considered for this role.
