We are seeking a HR Specialist to join a growing business for a period of 6 months initially.

  • 3-4 days per week
  • Start mid April
THE ORGANISATION 
Your new organisation is a well established and reputable Property Group. They are currently seeking a part time HR Specialist to join their progressive and supportive team in Sydney. This ongoing contract is based in Sydney CBD.
   
THE ROLE 
Reporting directly to the HR Director, your role will provide generalist HR support to a key client groups. You will develop stakeholder relationships, whilst working collaboratively with the broader HR team to drive the people agenda and achieve business goals.  The role will involve operational and strategic responsibilities which include end to end recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  
THE CRITERIA 
To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or related with 3 years+ generalist HR experience within a corporate environment.If you have worked within the property industry this will be viewed favourably but is not essential! Your strong consultative, client relationship management and influencing skills, along with your commercial acumen and flexible approach will be critical to your success in the role.
