Seeking for a PeopleSoft HCM Consultant with experience across design, development, maintenance and functional aspects of the product.

A Global IT company is currently looking to hire an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to work on a variety of enterprise projects recommending and designing solutions to their public sector end-client.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Experience as PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll 9.2 consultant’s role in recent past. Experience in Public Sector / Human Resources/Payroll domain.
  • Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft ERP as functional consultant
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well versed with Agile ways of working
  • Should be an Australian Citizen having baseline clearance
  • Strong knowledge and expertise about legislative and regulatory aspects impacting payroll function.
  • Extensive experience in developing test plan and test scripts
  • Extensive experience in developing project plan, define timelines, track completion and reporting status to project sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Expertise in Designing, Development, Implementation, Customization, Maintenance, Interfacing/ Reporting, Data Conversion, Testing and Post production support
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft application development using People Tools like Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Approval workflow engine (AWE), Workflows and XML/BI publisher.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Desirable:
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT work experience, with an emphasis on PeopleSoft technologies.
  • Experience working on a minimum of 2 PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll & Absence Management 9.2 implementation/upgrade/support projects.
  • Experience to the latest version, 9.2 of PeopleSoft HCM Global Payroll.
  • Exposure to PeopleSoft related technologies such as Application Engine, Application Packages, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Component Interface and SQR.
  • Experience/knowledge on PeopleSoft HCM modules: Workforce Administration and Self Services
  • Experience with end to end functional testing activities.
  • Stakeholder management, collaboration and leadership qualities.
  • Experience in preparing business case for large initiatives.
  • Experience in pre-sales and proposal activities
