The IT Support Engineer will provide level 1 technical support for Desktops, Laptops, Office 365, Networking, Printers for a a leading school.
- 2 Months Contract / FTC (with possibility of extension)
- Immediate Start
- Parramatta NSW
- Provide level 1 technical support through telephone, email and face-to-face support for all group users, supporting desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, telephones and other IT related issues.
- Create, modify and remove user accounts in accordance with IT Department procedures
- Provide technical assistance and work direction to aid other employees.
- Maintain asset records according to IT Department procedures
- Log and track helpdesk requests
- IT Education and Qualification
- Windows Active Directory
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Office 365
- Basic Networking - Routing, Switching, VLAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN
- Microsoft Certification will be a plus
- Demonstrated effective analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
