The role:
The National Capability Manager role requires someone that has broad experience across end to end Advisory and Solution capabilities. This includes - strategy and advisory, program delivery, business analysis, change management, application development, quality & testing and data & analytics. You will have excellent influencing and relationship building skills to engage with others for their subject matter expertise. You will be a thought leader, have an entrepreneurial mindset and help the Executive General Manager with creating and executing a new ‘go to market’ strategy for our Consulting business.
Being an ASG brand ambassador, and a role model for ASG values – Initiative, Accountability and Grit and culture is key to this role.
Who are you:
  • Strong technical background with extensive knowledge in Consulting - including but not limited to: strategy and advisory, program delivery, business analysis, change management, application development, quality & testing and data & analytics
  • Keep up to date with the latest market trends and develop and drive ‘go to market’ strategies.
  • Create strategic roadmaps and be involved in strategic direction of ASG consulting capabilities as well as still being hands on.
  • Work alongside SME’s to drive the uplift of ASG consulting capabilities and upskill consultants nationally.
  • Extensive pre sales and capability development experience.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and financial management skills experience in a professional or IT services environment.
  • Collaboration to achieve business growth in new and follow-on work.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the solution sales across diverse presales, sales and delivery stakeholders.
  • Ability to be proactive in recognising and initiating change which will add value to our solutions.
  • Demonstrated potential to proactively support marketing and sales.
  • To build, establish, maintain and develop key relationships internally and externally.
