We are searching for passionate & dynamic Change Managers looking to showcase their passion for organizational Change & working with like minded teams!
Playing a leading role in preparing and supporting individuals, teams and organisations when experiencing organisational change.
Drive (large program level) sustainable change initiatives that are on time and on budget, meet ROI requirements and ensure employee commitment in adopting new thinking and behavioural styles.
Key responsibilities –
  • Development and management of change management plans to deliver key outcomes and results
  • Delivery of change in-line with the Change Management Framework and the Project Execution Framework
  • Engaging and influencing stakeholders to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables
  • Advising project sponsors and project management how to minimize resistance to change
  • Managing the change effort for the successful delivery of high profile, complex, and multiple projects in time constrained environments. 
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing the change effort for the successful delivery of high profile, complex, and multiple projects in time constrained environments.
  • Extensive Experience in Operational / Organisational Change Management
  • Experience with Risk Assessments and workshop facilitation
  • Strong leadership and consulting skills
  • Solid client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of Change Management methods
  • The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
  • Agile experienced & Agile certified.
  • Certifications in industry Change Management methodologies: Prosci, ADKAR, or related
  • Thorough understanding of project and program management disciplines
  • Experience in developing similar capabilities in colleagues
  • End to end Change management including strategy, planning, and implementation.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and management so that change is aligned against the project vision.
  • You are an ‘out of the box’ thinker, adaptable & thrive in high pressure environments
  • PROSCI Certified or experience in PROSCI methodology
