M&T Resources is on the hunt for an enthusiastic and driven Delivery Coordinator to join a National team with a primary focus to support our NSW region. You will join a dynamic and fun team who are focussed on success and celebrating it!
Reporting to the National Operations Manager and working closely with the NSW Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in M&T maintaining our best in class reputation and meeting our growth targets.
Leveraging your strengths in delivering timely and high-quality administrative support to candidates, contractors and clients within an IT recruitment agency environment, you will excel in this role through;
Reporting to the National Operations Manager and working closely with the NSW Regional Manager, you will play a vital role in M&T maintaining our best in class reputation and meeting our growth targets.
Leveraging your strengths in delivering timely and high-quality administrative support to candidates, contractors and clients within an IT recruitment agency environment, you will excel in this role through;
- the timely processing of contract/project administration, contractor on-boarding, contractor timesheet management and provision of ongoing support.
- working closely with our shared services team to coordinate timely and accurate contractor payroll and client invoicing.
- attending to any issues with clients as a matter of priority.
- collating sales and client reporting.
- event management and coordination of team, client and contractor events.
- ensuring policies and procedures are followed by conducting audits.
- a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role within an IT recruitment agency environment.
- experience using both Salesforce and Oracle Fusion HCM – mandatory.
- Experience with JobAdder, SAP Fieldglass and Beeline and WorkPro systems is advantageous.
- A proactive mindset with proven experience identifying and implementing operational process improvement relating to the client and contractor experience.
- excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to service.
- advanced MS WORD & EXCEL skills, with a strong attention to detail.
