The Service Asset and Configuration Management Analyst role is responsible for driving the SACM process within our managed services business and corporate IT environments
 
The opportunity:
  • Responsible in building and maintaining Configuration Management Plans, asset lifecycle management, software license management and compliance.
  • Oversee the CMDB structure, CI classes, relationship mapping and any data integration points.
  • On occasion, will be required to assist with CSI and Account improvement initiatives and remediation activities relating to SACM activities and processes.
  • Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the CMDB content, including audit and validation activities.
 
What you need to be successful:
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in Configuration Management Plans, asset lifecycle management, software license management and compliance.
  • Language skills (English).
  • Degree qualifications preferable.
