Graduate and entry level roles available in Client Services and Admin!

These teams provide service support for clients on a range of financial products including Investment Accounts.

Day-to-day may involve:
  • Processing the setting up and opening of new trading accounts and ongoing maintenance of these accounts
  • Processing applications, payments and transfers for Investment related products 
  • Phone based Client Service for those who embrace client contact 
  • Administrative support to other business units
You may also be involved in producing and sending a range of correspondence to clients and internal stakeholders. Flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt will see you interact closely with other teams.

The successful candidates will possess:
  • Client Service, Sales or Administration experience
  • Finance or Commerce related degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong processing skills and high attention to detail
  • Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
