What will my day to day look like? 

You will be responsible for quality checking applications to ensure they meet a certain quality standard and allow the application to progress. Once an application comes through, you will check the customer's documentation against compliance regulations.

To do this, you will: 
  • Communicate closely with the broker network 
  • Identify process improvements and contribute innovative ideas 
  • Role model and apply risk management techniques 
  • Follow all process and policy requirements accurately 
  • Achieve targets set by your manager and yourself 
  • Ensure data is correct and accurate on each application.
  • Effectively navigate various different systems and platforms 
  • Effectively cope with change and excel in a continuously changing process 
What skills and experience do I need?

You are process driven with a love for repetition and problem solving. You welcome challenges and enjoy an ever changing environment. You are a quick and efficient worker, with a great eye for detail. 
  • Ideally you have worked in a Banking or Finance processing role or call centre environment 
  • Lending experience will also be favoured 
  • Banking/Finance graduates welcome! 
  • You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritize competing requirements
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven track record of effectively working in a changing and dynamic process.
  • Proven track record of ability to adhere to a process.
