Provide senior leadership with insight and analysis to oversee and guide the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire organization.
  • To oversee and direct the areas as follows:
    • recruiting and staffing
    • organizational and space planning
    • performance management and improvement systems
    • organization development
    • employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
    • employee orientation, development, and training;
    • all policy development and documentation;
    • employee relations;
    • company employee and community communication;
    • compensation and benefits administration;
    • appraisal system
    • employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health;
    • charitable giving; and
    • employee services and
    • Periodical reporting to Sponsors about the overall progress or activities
This Role Might be for You If
  • 15 years+ or relevant work experience within Human Resources management
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, written and spoken, to communicate with local and multinational employees
  • Top tier understanding of Taiwanese Labor Law and regulatory environment and relevant HR issues
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and local compliance relating to the job scope
  • Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or relevant position In a multicultural organization
  • Ability and interest to deep-dive into complex project challenges
  • Excellent coordination and cooperation skills; a team player who is willing and able to work with others to solve problems and share knowledge
  • Culturally aware with a high level of emotional intelligence to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
