The Company:

A global multi disciplinary engineering consultancy based in Sydney CBD are currently looking for a Document Controller to join their team.
Due to their busy project pipeline they require someone with a minimum of 3 years experience in document control, who is able to sufficiently set up and manage this area and who is highly proficient in Teambinder software.
 
The position is located in Sydney CBD near public transport. The role will work alongside an experienced senior document controller. 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing, updating and improving document control systems.
  • Controlling all aspects of project documentation.
  • Uploading documents, populating metadata, creating and updating contact lists etc.
  • Reporting.
  • Retrieving documents for review by colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, guidelines, and standards regarding document control.
  • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Other adhoc duties as required.
About You:
 
As you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing documentation related to their various projects, you will need to be switched on, organised and possess a great eye for detail.
 
Good Microsoft office skills are important and prior experience in TeamBinder is essential. The position involves liaising with internal managers frequently so excellent verbal and written communication skills is essential.
