The Role:
 
The work is varied and includes both front-end/strategic work as well as back-end dispute resolution. The candidate will have the opportunity to undertake advocacy and a strong advocacy skill-set is desirable. The team works closely alongside the practitioners in the Workplace Relations Policy team. 
 
A bit about you:
  • Legally qualified with 5+ years relevant IR/Legal experience,
  • Interested in growing with the organisation and capable of holding a lead position with them in the future.
  • High level interpersonal skills that foster effective relationships within the team.
  • You can work autonomously across a broad range of moderate to complex matters.
