Job Description:
The team monitors a number of email boxes and phone ques. They provide customer support to anyone using these channels.

They have about 10 000 touch points a month. Some queries can be quite technical and complex, and they have a structure set up to be able to escalate to the appropriate people.

Day to day duties:
They are the first level support, mainly doing callbacks and creating tickets for customers so that the appropriate people can get in touch to solve their problems.

Triaging emails inbox and phone calls.

Systems Experience Required: SAP, MyTRansport
