33 Talent is looking for a Marketing and Operations Assistant to help deliver our marketing plan, assist with the day-to-day running of the office, and provide valuable admin support. 

The Company

33 Talent is a multi-award winning strategic talent acquisition and management consultancy.
We are a small, friendly team, and run the only certified ROWE (Results Only Work Environment) in APAC, meaning we focus purely on results rather than when or where you do your work. 

Our office in Singapore is in WeWorks, a co-working space right next to Telok Ayer MRT station, surrounded by great lunch, coffee, and drink spots!

The Role
We are looking for a results-focused assistant to assist with the marketing of our business and ensure our customers and staff have a great 33 talent experience.

This would include:
  • Marketing support - producing material, communicating the strategy internally, posting on social media,
  • Supporting the sales teams in all their needs for marketing and sales collateral
  • HR management - managing leave requests, contracts, monthly payroll, healthcare cover
  • Finance support - Preparing invoices, liasing with the finance team internally, and client-side
  • Working with management & consultants to help manage our database and ensure that records are regularly updated and kept as accurate as possible at all times
  • Supporting the Senior and sales team with other administrative tasks

You should be someone who focuses on results.  We are investing in a marketing plan and need someone who can maximise its potential. This is a role where you will take responsibility for getting results for the business, from getting our marketing message out to the world (on time), to providing valuable support and solutions to your colleagues, external suppliers and clients.

We are open to any smart individual (and by smart we mean you’ve got common-sense - no need for a PhD!) who can take initiative and learn on the job.

You’ll have a creative and logical approach to problem-solving and be tech-savvy. You will be supporting the running and updating of our website, and automating systems for marketing and client engagement.  You’ll need to come up with ideas for systems of work to make this manageable and sustainable. 

Attention to detail is essential as you’ll be dealing with ongoing admin for a number of different client projects where there may be multiple small changes each month that you need to keep track of and work around.

You must also be friendly and people-focused as you’ll be dealing directly with all our team members and contractors - part of your role will be making them feel valued and cared for.
