About the Opportunity
A key position in the business responsible for initiating and maintaining long term favourable relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth with existing and new education partners, and providing first rate, flexible and responsive quality education solutions.
Working closely with the Student Administration and Campus Operations team you will be the main conduit between the business and our partners to balance the needs of all stakeholders and ensuring customer service excellence.
In this hands on role you will be confident and possess a ‘can do attitude’; you will be solutions based in your thinking with a background in academic operations, business development and quality.
As the Account and Program Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Identify, initiate and maintain 3rd party relationships
  • Build on sustainable productive internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure critical information is conveyed and issues resolved quickly and in a professional manner.
  • Develop and present clear, succinct reports and documents
  • Ensure SLAs are clear, understood and met from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with TEQSA, ASQA, CRICOS and other regulatory standards  
  • Ensure the ownership of each program specific to academic quality and integrity is clearly defined across all stakeholders and partnership/third party providers.
This is a Permanent Full Time position based in Sydney

Skills and Experience
To be successful in the Account Director position you will possess:
  • Be MBA qualified
  • Extensive Leadership Experience
  • Experience in Managing a range of concurrent partnerships Internationally and Nationally
  • Background / experience within education (VET and or HE)
  • Highly developed communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service and follow through skills
  • Strong negotiation and resilience
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to work under pressure and be adaptable to achieve deadlines within a highly dynamic and global project environment
