About the Opportunity
Due to rapid growth Laureate Australia and New Zealand is now seeking a driven Relationship Manager for International Partnerships to ensure maximum interest and marketability of Laureate’s pathway and partner programs and the conversion of students through all stages of the recruitment and articulation process.
This position forms an important part of our global commitment to high quality educational outcomes for international students from all corners of the globe, onshore and offshore. You will ensure Laureate Australia and New Zealand is able to process international students efficiently and effectively through from enquiry to enrolment in its suite of offerings for international agents, onshore ELICOS and pathway providers or offshore partners.
Reporting to Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for:
  • Adaptation, monitoring and maintenance of the International Pathways and Partners portfolio
  • Managing a portfolio of onshore and offshore partners; from existing partners to sourcing new partners to meet the internationalisation and globalisation goals
  • Manage Internal International student pathways within Laureate Australia and New Zealand and other LIU institutions.
  • Maintaining and growing the infrastructure, both administrative, marketing and student services required for Torrens University Australia to successfully participate in and benefit from viable and sustainable international student pathways
  • Coordinating the pathways enrolment forecasting to the GM’s, academic deans and campus directors; in particular the sales data from packaged partners.
  • Track effectiveness of pathway arrangements and benefits to the business, reporting on key areas of potential concern/interest.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract based at one of our campuses in either Melbourne or Adelaide.

About You
To be successful in the Relationship Manager – International Partnerships position you will possess:
  • 5-7 years’ experience within the education industry with a strong preference for international and least 2 years in a similar role
  • A thorough understanding of the student life cycle and preferably experience in working with international students
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a large volume of work within a fast paced, multi-faceted work environment.
  • Proven ability to nurture and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Ability to adhere to and disseminate policies and procedures
  • The ability to collaborate with a team and wider business and also work independently
  • Extensive knowledge of the ESOS Act, CRICOS, PRISMS, The National Code and DIBP regulations.
Marketing/sales or stakeholder engagement background within the international sector is highly advantageous.
