Our client is a leading Events business, who are experts at connecting people  to solutions through their events.They have a culture that is fun and dynamic.
They are currently seeking a passionate P&C professional with proven experience in attracting, motivating and retaining top talent.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will ensure our people and company are aligned by developing, planning and implementing strategic P&C initiatives to support the Company in attracting, managing, developing and retaining talent.
This is a true generalist role – no two days will be the same! You’ll always be working on different things (from employee engagement to recruitment, talent development, organisational culture, to company structure and more) and need to be agile and confident enough to respond to the business’ needs. You’ll manage employee relations and act as an adviser and coach to our managers on all people issues;and be as a true champion of our company values.

To succeed in this role;  
  • You've 5-6 years+ experience in an HR generalist role.
  • Have background in Events, advertising, call-centre, recruitment, sales environment or start up experience is an advantage.
  • You have had exposure to all aspects of HR from recruitment and retention, to performance management, employee engagement, remuneration, and rewards, to company communication and culture development.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of employment and immigration legislation and are someone that managers turn to for reliable advice on people issues. Influencing and coaching leaders and employees is something you're particularly passionate about and skilled at.
