Due to a great career progression story, our client wishes to appoint a driven, talented and experienced Trade Marketing/Customer activation Executive to their marketing team. With a fantastic portfolio, your role will be to develop implement & manage compelling and innovative on and off-premise customer promotions. Assisting in the short & long term profit goals of the business. You will work with the sales and marketing teams to deliver outstanding sales activation tactics, to win the hearts of customers through smart promotional planning and activation strategies.
Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the total customer marketing program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and be capable of independently managing all aspects of activation plans from conception to post-completion review. You will demonstrate a passion for dealing directly with key customers, managing external agencies and be accountable for all budgets.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in Trade Marketing and or a sales activation role in the drinks and/or FMCG sectors, preferably working with premium categories.
It is essential that you have :
  • A good knowledge of smart trade marketing activation tactics to the retail channels.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent implementation ability.
  • Well developed communication/collaboration skills
  • Strong financial management ability
