KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Our client is looking for an experienced Agile BA who has demonstrable knowledge working within payments with ideally exposure to NPP/BECS/BPAY. Whilst not mandatory, any ISO 20022 knowledge, retail banking experience or vendor management experience from a financial services lens would be highly thought of. Additionally, any cloud / microservices based experience will be advantageous

- Traditional Agile BA responsibilities including writing user stories and managing the product backlog
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the different offices globally helping support their Asia Pac growth
- Create detailed user flow / process maps
- Design and run workshops
