The company

A financial services company who offer affordable payment solutions for energy efficient equipment for the home including solar panels and air conditioning. They have some 100 users, run a very current tech stack (Office 365, Azure), and have a very warm & friendly culture.

The role

The primary responsibility of the IT Support Analyst is to provide IT support for the business' many employees, clients and stakeholders. It will support a wide range of systems and applications, including (but not limited to) Office365, Azure AD, Jira, confluence and MDM software.

This role will include Working closely with the IT Manager on projects and management of their core infrastructure (i.e.. MacOS, Windows Laptops, Windows Servers, Cloud services, Backup, Storage, Network and Security solutions).

The right person

  • experience working as an IT Support Analyst in medium size environments
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS Environments
  • Experience supporting and administering cloud based platforms such as Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Atlassian products 
  • Knowledge of basic networking 
  • Experience provisioning hardware with Intune/JAMF or other MDM software  
  • Experience with AWS
